1. General Use of the Website

The Knoxville Art Studio website provides information about our art classes, workshops, events, and related services. 2. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made through our approved online booking system or directly through Knoxville Art Studio staff.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

• You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled class for a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a class are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in advance.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or class credit will be issued.

3. Studio Policies

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your class begins. Late arrivals may miss key instruction time. All materials are provided unless otherwise noted. We encourage a respectful, positive, and creative environment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without refund. Knoxville Art Studio is a family-friendly space — kindness and cooperation are expected at all times.

4. Health, Safety, and Waiver of Liability

By registering for or attending a class, event, or activity at Knoxville Art Studio, you acknowledge and accept that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor cuts, burns, slips, falls, or exposure to art materials such as clay, paint, or glazes.

You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Knoxville Art Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising from injury, illness, property damage, or other harm that may occur on the premises or during participation in studio activities.

Participants agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety protocols. If a student engages in unsafe behavior or disregards instructions, Knoxville Art Studio is not responsible for any resulting injury or damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, artwork, and designs — is owned or licensed by Knoxville Art Studio and protected under copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
