Helpful details before choosing a youth class.

What ages can attend kids and teen art classes?

Youth classes are designed for students ages 6–17. Class options and age groupings are shown on the live booking calendar.

Does my child need art experience?

No. Beginners are welcome, along with returning young artists who want help developing a specific skill or project.

What can students learn?

Depending on the class, students may explore drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media or pottery while learning age-appropriate techniques.

How long are youth classes?

Kid and Teen Studio Art Classes are currently scheduled for approximately one hour. Kid and Teen Pottery Classes are approximately two hours.

Are materials included?

Most class materials are included unless the booking description says otherwise. Pottery firing and glazing are separate from the class booking.

Can my child bring an idea or project?

Yes. Students are encouraged to share what interests them, including an idea, reference image, unfinished project or technique they want to learn.
