No. Complete beginners are welcome, along with returning and experienced artists. Instruction is adjusted to your current skills, questions and project.
Depending on the class and project, students can learn wheel throwing, hand-building, sculpting, trimming and glazing fundamentals.
Yes. Clay, tools and class materials are included in the adult and kids or teen pottery sessions. Firing and glazing are purchased separately.
Adult and kids or teen pottery sessions are scheduled for approximately two hours. Check the live booking calendar for current times and availability.
The kids and teen pottery class is designed for ages 6–17. Adult pottery classes are booked separately.
Yes. Bisque and glaze firing are available as a separate additional service. Pieces must be fully dry and structurally sound, and larger or higher-risk work may need special review.

Give finished ceramics lasting strength and a professional finish with our Fired Work Option. Studio staff will bisque-fire completed greenware and, if requested, apply glaze and glaze-fire for a durable, vitrified surface.

Full Kiln is 6 shelves, and you can run as many pieces as all 6 shelves will hold.

Large, thick, hollow, or glazed pieces may need extra fees or special handling
