• Glaze and glaze-firing may incur extra charges

Guidelines

• Pieces must be dry and structurally sound; staff may defer risky items

• Large, thick, hollow, or glazed pieces may need extra fees or special handling

• Food safety depends on glaze choice and firing—consult staff for functional ware
